1. Scope of Advisory & Portal Services

MiiBanc (Miibanc Group Inc.) operates loans.miibanc.com as a corporate grant advisory, pre-qualification, and commercial debt structuring portal. We assist Canadian businesses in evaluating eligibility for federal and regional programs—including the Regional Tariff Response Initiative (RTRI)—and arrange commercial lending, bridge facilities, and equipment financing through accredited institutional partners.

2. Government Grant & RTRI Eligibility Estimates

All calculations, 60-second pre-qualification results, and funding figures (including up to $2M non-repayable liquidity grants, up to $1M pivot grants, 50% payroll/rent coverage, and 75% cost-share facilities above $1M) are indicative estimates based on published federal program guidelines. Final grant approval and funding disbursements are determined solely by the applicable government agency or regional development authority.

3. Commercial Lending & Non-Depository Notice

Miibanc Group Inc. is not a chartered bank or depository institution. Commercial mortgages, bridge loans, working capital lines, and equipment facilities are underwritten and funded in partnership with licensed institutional lenders, regulated trust corporations, and private credit syndicates across Canada and international jurisdictions.

4. No Hard Credit Impact on Initial Pre-Qualification

Submitting the 60-second tariff relief questionnaire, calculator inquiry, or consultation request does not trigger a hard credit bureau pull. Formal credit underwriting or government application filings are only performed upon your express written authorization and engagement.

5. Accuracy of Corporate Submissions

By submitting corporate data—including incorporation status, regional operations, historical revenue, employee headcount, and U.S. Section 232 or trade disruption impacts—you represent that the information provided is accurate to the best of your knowledge.

6. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
